On 23 June 2023, IERIN organized Unlocking Potential: Communication Skill & Personality Development Workshop at Nepal House, Hattisar. The program educator was by TM Chandrayan Shrestha, Immediate Past President of the Bodhi Toastmasters Club. The program's object was to enhance communication skills and foster personal development, which are crucial aspects of your professional growth as an education counselor. Through interactive sessions, practical exercises, and insightful discussions participants got to learn valuable tools and techniques to improve their communication effectiveness and build a positive persona.
